Mondays used to suck but since I started a rigorous, no nonsense boxing bootcamp, I am fully equipped to kick its ass! 😆.
Let's get right to it!
LET'S WARM UP!
Do this As: You skip for 1 minute non stop or warm up on the treadmill.
SONG: Break Down Your Walls - Nelson Can

What a great early morning anthem from Danish Rockband, Nelson Can. This band has been around since 2011 and I had never heard about them before this track. Now exhale. Let all your feelings go but don't get emotional....🏃♀️
ONE, TWO AND THREE!
Do this As: You do burpees, squats and jump squats
SONG: Glorious (feat Skylar Grey) - Macklemore
Macklemore is back and from previous releases we know his music is never done in half measures. This is a thumping, fun track That will keep those counts constant.
HANDS IN THE AIR!
Do this As: You work your triceps and biceps. Don't forget to get those weights to work those pecs.
SONG: San Junipero - Toulouse
This song is a slow build but give it some time. It starts off good and gets even bette at 1:06. This brand new New York based artist shows a lot of promise. Definitely one to keep an eye on. Also check out his track 'Hurtin'.
Do this As: Time to work your core. Alternate still plank with plank step outs and mountain climbs. End with leg raises. Alternate for 3 minutes non stop.
SONG: Mr Eazi & Major Lazer - Leg Over (Remix) (feat. French Montana & Ty Dolla Sign)
This video is fire! You will definitely be tempted to break out in dance at any point. Yaaaaaaass!
Do this As: Great job, nice quick 20 minute work out should be done. Here's a great track to cool down

I loved this song on Insecure and it's such a chill track. Nothing like some Frankie O to finish a workout!
