FITNESS: I'm all about trying new things in fitness and this month I try Virgin Active's new HEAT classes.As I type this I have a 5:30 am call time at the gym for one of these very classes. What is it? High, energy, athletic training. I'll tell you all about it...If I make it out alive! 😂
